Our Bigs and Littles mentoring program pairs youth (ages 6-18) of all genders with caring Bigs who provide guidance, friendship, and a safe space to share the ups and downs of growing up; through regular outings and weekly time together (about two hours), Bigs and Littles build meaningful relationships grounded in trust, shared interests, and mutual respect, supported throughout by our dedicated caseworkers, and engage in activities like biking, playing sports, crafting, watching movies, or simply enjoying each other’s company.
Volunteers are asked to commit for at least one year so these partnerships can create life‑changing experiences for both mentor and mentee. Each match is supervised by our professional caseworkers, ensuring that all matches are safe and supported.
