Crafty Kids is a group mentoring program designed to spark creativity and meaningful conversation in children. Participants dive into icebreakers, hands-on crafts, lively movement games, and guided discussions that build confidence, communication, leadership and healthy relationships. By blending nontraditional physical activities with reflective dialogue, the program nurtures emotional wellness and encourages lifelong healthy habits through peer support and shared discovery.
Throughout the program, children express themselves and boost self-esteem by creating personalized art projects and leading share-outs; sharpen verbal and nonverbal communication skills through interactive games and active-listening exercises; and develop leadership traits such as responsibility, empathy, and delegation in team challenges. Trust, respect, and positive feedback underpin each activity, movement-based icebreakers keep bodies engaged, and mindfulness tools paired with mental-health conversations strengthen emotional awareness and resilience. The result is a holistic mentoring experience that empowers young participants to grow, connect, and thrive.
