Program Coordinator

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wood Buffalo empowers young people through mentorship, helping 6–18 year-olds build confidence, form trust‑based relationships, and access inclusive, culturally informed programs grounded in respect, safety, and belonging. We are hiring a Program Coordinator to join our team full time, reporting to the Program Manager. This role plans, facilitates, and evaluates mentoring programs and events; conducts intakes, assessments, trainings, and closures; maintains case notes and CRM records; and builds partnerships with schools and community agencies.
